It is the goal of every staff member to assist, comfort, educate and support each patient. We encourage patients to ask questions and communicate so that we can make your experience with our practice rewarding.


To make your visit as pleasant an experience as we can, we offer a variety of anesthesia options for surgery. We will make recommendations for you based on your individual needs.


Dr. Windell and Dr. Lieblick are available after hours should any issues arise after your surgery.

Before your appointment...


We try to see all of our patients in a timely manner. Please call in advance to schedule your needed appointment so that time can be reserved for you.


Please remember, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons are responsible for many types of emergency care!  Sometimes this can interfere with our schedule, but we'll let you know if there will be any issues.

Your time is valuable.  In order to make the most of your time in the office, please bring:
  • Patient information forms (mailed to you)
  • Xrays
  • Referrals
  • Letters from your dentist!
Financial...


In an effort to keep oral surgery costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established a financial policy of one-third deposit for our patients with insurance and full payment for those without insurance.


We have many options for you:


Our patients sixty-five and over receive a 5% senior citizen discount.
